This policy explains what information C2Next collects from visitors to this website, how it's used, and what choices you have. It covers this website only, not any product, platform, or client-facing system C2Next may operate separately.

Information We Collect

This site collects information in three ways:

• Information you provide directly. The contact form on this site asks for your name, work email, company, what you're interested in, and a message. Submitting the form does not send this information to a C2Next server: it opens a pre-filled draft in your own email client, and the information is only shared with C2Next if you choose to send that email.
• Cookie preferences. The cookie banner on this site stores your choice (which categories you allowed) in your browser's local storage, so the banner doesn't reappear on later visits. That preference is stored locally in your browser, not on a C2Next server.
• Automatically collected information. This site does not currently run any analytics or advertising scripts, even though the cookie banner offers categories for them: those categories are ready for if and when such tools are added. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe what's collected and why before the change goes live.

Cookies

This site's cookie banner lets you accept all categories, reject non-essential ones, or choose individually between "Performance and Analytics" and "Advertising." As of this writing, no analytics or advertising service is actually loaded on this site, so those categories currently govern nothing; your choice is saved for when that changes. Loading this site's fonts from Google Fonts involves a request to Google's servers, but Google Fonts, as served today, does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information for this purpose.

How Information Is Used

Information submitted through the contact form, if you choose to send the resulting email, is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a conversation continues, to discuss a potential engagement. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

C2Next retains correspondence from the contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and deletes it on request as described below.

Your Rights

You can ask C2Next what information it holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by reaching out through the contact form on this site. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under local law (for example, GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California); C2Next will honor applicable requests.

Data Security

C2Next takes reasonable steps to protect information it holds, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and this policy can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. C2Next does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how information is collected or used, the "last updated" date above will change and, where the change is material, a notice will be posted on this page.
